Sunglass Fix is an award-winning sustainable business recognised as a pioneer and global leader in the sunglass replacement lens market. Based in Australia, they have hundreds of thousands of customers across 161 countries.

They came to us for some help in reducing their cost per purchase and increase sales, as well as expanding to Europe and the UK .

Firstly, we ensured the Facebook pixel was set up correctly on their website. Once we were sure we were recording data properly, we structured Facebook and Instagram ad accounts into logical campaigns to give more control over budgets, ad scheduling, geo-targeting and users’ behaviour.

We selected the most relevant audiences and divided their campaigns into three specific areas:

  • Cold audiences (Top of funnel);
  • Warm audiences (Middle of funnel);
  • Hot audiences (Bottom of funnel).

Results
