Shrink Wrapping Supplies is a respected supplier of all forms of new and refurbished packaging and shrink wrapping machinery.

They specialise in supplying Strapping, Pallet Wrapping and Shrink Wrapping Machinery from their headquarters in Cheshire, UK.

They needed help increasing their leads and calls for selling machinery, as well as selling films and spare parts on their online store . There was no call tracking set-up and they were missing lots of conversion actions.

Since the client’s website was setup mainly to generate leads through phone calls, we had to ensure calls were attributed to the right campaign and keyword. We were able to solve this issue by implementing Google forwarding phone numbers.

Apart from getting leads for their expensive machinery, the client wanted us to increase online sales for spare parts and films.

The number of products was not big, so we decided to create a product feed manually and optimise titles and descriptions to reach the right audience on Google Shopping.
